I’m probably abnormally interested in anyone talking about anxiety/panic attacks, but I’m even more so when it’s someone I like (Delays are a wonderful, criminally underrated band - their music makes me far too happy. If you want some gorgeous guitary perfect pop, go and listen to them now), so yep, I found this a nice little article.
(I was going to set up an anxiety Tumblr but thought it might be a bit soul sapping…plus I’m not really in the frame of mind right now to do so - though I suppose it’s going against the point to only do one for ‘negative’ reasons…)
